This starts by identifying families in crisis and working with them to help them grow stronger. If we can empower families to stay together and provide for their own children, we eliminate the need for other solutions. This is the most important step in protecting children.
Our goal is to see the next generation empowered and equipped to bring the changes they want to see in their communities, both local and global.
Simply giving to children and families in need may alleviate their suffering for a short time. But it also unintentionally creates a culture of dependence and has no value for the children beyond meeting their basic needs.
